Start with Your Elemental Blueprint — a concise, 3-module intro ($35) that helps you discover your elemental makeup, learn simple rhythms for balance, and take the next step into the full Wellbeing series.
Course 1: The Elemental Blueprint
To introduce students to the foundational principles of Ayurveda and help them discover their unique elemental makeup (prakruti), building awareness of how it shapes their preferences, behaviors, and wellbeing needs.
Course 2:Â Finding Your Balance
To help students identify their current state of imbalance (vikruti), understand how imbalance manifests through the senses, and begin restoring harmony using simple, personalized practices grounded in intuitive awareness.
Course 3:Â Daily Rhythms with NatureÂ
To help participants align their daily routines and energy cycles with natural rhythms—circadian, seasonal, and elemental—while integrating supportive habits around nutrition, movement, and rest for long-term wellbeing.
Course 4:Â Living in HarmonyÂ
